I made appt online. I needed new tires and tried calling 3 times to discuss the purchase, I left a VM each time. No one ever called me back. The day before my appt the I needed new tires and tried calling 3 times to discuss the purchase, I left a VM each time. No one ever called me back. The day before my appt the service manager called and said, we don’t know what kind of tires you want. When I explained, he said oh, our VM system sucks, which is not very helpful. Folks are nice… but be prepared to wait. I had a scheduled appt at 8AM…. Purposefully first thing in the AM assuming they wouldn’t be late. New tires, alignment and LOF took 3-1/2 hrs. Service manager told me I drew the short straw…. Which seemed pretty xxxxty to say. The video they send at the end of the appt came two hours later and the mechanic moved so fast and garbled his words so that the video was meaningless. The helpful text at the beginning of the appt telling me I could text or email him at any point for assistance proved useless as when I texted no one responded. The work was completed… my car was washed….the free WiFi and water was nice…they comped the alignment b/c of how long it took. If my 6 visits, two of them took exceptionally long amounts of time. I think I’ll try the Mazda dealership in Concord NH. More
