None of the sales employee explained to us that the car we are buying for my wife is Diesel! We were looking for bigger car to replace her E350 for the kids. We never thought to buy a Diesel car and we nev we are buying for my wife is Diesel! We were looking for bigger car to replace her E350 for the kids. We never thought to buy a Diesel car and we never had one. She tested drive the Honda minivan and was not comfrotable with it. The dealer at Merceds presented the R class and since I had one before my wife thought it is better. None of us knew it is Diesel and my wife has no clue about the difference with her previous car. None in the dealer went through with her regarding this R class features and in fact someone from the dealership just dropped the car to our house and left. It had no sticker and nothing on the outside to indicate it is Diesel. As a result for her first tank fill she used gas instead of Diesl (the cap indicates Diesel but she, again with her lack of knowledge, was not aware of the difference)which was a major problem. When the car was towed to the nearest dealer, they requested $1900. I called R&H and had the car towed to their location thinking they will do the repair for free. No, they asked for $12,000!! I towed the car back to initial authorized dealer and the repair was done for $1895. It is a month since we bought the car and the second car key has not been delivered. By the way, I also had another car lease for my self at the same dealer at the time (a month ago) So far, my plate sticker has not arrived despite paying for it twice (once to the MVA, once to the dealer) Bad experience! More

On 6/30/12, I was on the new car lot looking at the E Class when Dylan ( Sales Mgr )approached me and I was amazed that he still remembered my full name after a two year gap. Both in 2010 and 2012, Dylan made it happen. As long as I am driving a Benz,THIS IS MY DEALERSHIP. My father has been a loyal customer since 1983 and he recommeded the dealership to me. So, my advise would be listen to your parents. More

As a child growing up in Baltimore, everyone knew about the rich history and quality of service at R&H Mercedes. So for me to purchase my first Mercedes, R&H was a no-brainer! I have purchased several the rich history and quality of service at R&H Mercedes. So for me to purchase my first Mercedes, R&H was a no-brainer! I have purchased several automobiles (both new and used) over the years from various dealers, for various makes/models. The staff at R&H (Bill Hosea, Dylan Jones, Mac Clark), without a shadow of a doubt, far exceeded any automobile purchase experience I have made. Everyone we encountered during our visits, were very polite, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and extremely friendly. That rich history and quality of service continues today at R&H Mercedes. Bill was our primary sales representative and all around advocate. He left no stone uncovered ensuring that we received the best all-around purchase for our specific needs. I cannot thank him enough for his attentiveness. He was always responsive and available. Bill made it very clear that going forward this is a relationship; they are just as concerned and involved with our happiness during our ownership of the vehicle as they were during the sale. I had been on the market for a few weeks searching for a new vehicle that would satisfy my overall needs and desires. After I submited an inquiry and corresponding with Mrs. Sims via email over my curiosity for an E350, I walked into R&H Motors late one evening and within 45 minutes of arriving and talking with Mr. Pomles I knew I found the right car and a great deal. The R&H Motor's staff that facilitates a vehicle purchase, to include Mr. Dylan Jones and the kind gentleman who washed the car that night, were on site well past closing time due to me arriving at about 7:45 pm just to see an E350 and eventually closed the deal past 9:00 pm. Overall great experience and great car. I was joking with Josh, whom I thought was actually Woody Harrelson, that he could sell a customer $1 for $2 and have him or her walk out feeling like they came out on top. Thank you all. Jose More

I gave the review that I gave because I am a little disapointed with a few things that took place once I purchased the vehicle. Josh was very patient, friendly and professional throughout the sale. Once the car was delivered, I don't feel that I got the proper briefing of how to operate the many options in the car. I did state that I could figure some things out on my own, however the car is very complex. It's very frustrating tryping to figure out how to operate the vehicle on my own. I was also promised a key that was missing when Josh turned over the one key and til this day I do not have it. This may be a minor detail in the spectrum of things, however I think that Josh should be doing everthing in his power to get me the key that I am missing, and following up with me until I get it. I have been very patient waiting for my key and it is very unfortunate that I have had to encounter this with my purchase. More
