Dylan saved the day! My 83yo morher wanted to look at Ford vehicles all week. We knew the time was coming to retire the 2007 Taurus her late husband left. We started the day early 430 am for a trip to Dallas for her personal business. Went back home for an hour to rest. She wanted to look for a ford. I reminded her we had to go to a memorial at First Baptist. After memorial we went through mcdonalds drive through and then headed towards Bob Tomas. We made it through one row and car started smoking. I looked for the garage for service. Parked at the entrance and was directed by someone to go to the other building but Dylan was there and walked up said looks like it might be time to buy a new car. Lol. He then offered to drive the car to park it after showing us to lobby to stay cool. My mother is also in a wheelchair most of the time now and he was able to sense our stress. He offered us waters. Made us comfortable. And was very patient with her impaired speaking. He was able to show us cars without leaving her too long, checked on us, kept us informed on what was happening and we drove home in a car she is very happy with! Way to go Dylan!! More

I have never driven a 4 x 4 truck and he patiently explained how the shifting of gears worked. I was so impressed the test drive and customer service turned into a purchase.
