Made and appointment for a 'Works' service and was impressed by the efficiency and courtesy of the Hudson Ford team. I was having FordPass app issues with my ‘19 F150. I tried everything to get my truck activated on the app. No luck. Called the Hudson Ford dealership for help. Dylan and Jim were able to squeeze me int tried everything to get my truck activated on the app. No luck. Called the Hudson Ford dealership for help. Dylan and Jim were able to squeeze me into the same day service and take a look at the truck’s modem. No service appointments were available and they were short one technician. Vehicle was damaged during repair. Hudson Ford said it was unrelated and the repair was at my own cost. All I know everything worked prior the repair.
