Been buying trucks there since 1979, and I have always been treated very well. I worked at the Twin Cities Ford Assembly Plant for 30 years, and so it doesn't matter where I go for pricing. Vehicle was damaged during repair. Hudson Ford said it was unrelated and the repair was at my own cost. All I know everything worked prior the repair. I purchased six new Fords in my life. My latest, a 2019 Ford Escape Titanium AWD, was purchased at Hudson Ford in April 2019. When I had my first oil change at Hudson Ford's Quick Lane and it took only 20 Ford Escape Titanium AWD, was purchased at Hudson Ford in April 2019. When I had my first oil change at Hudson Ford's Quick Lane and it took only 20 minutes. Fast forward to today, September 2020. I've had my car for 17 months and it has 17500 miles on the odometer. My car has been trouble-free. I've returned to the dealer only to get the oil changed every 5000 miles. Each time I go in, the staff treats me with respect and seem to be honestly interested in providing the best customer service they can. I have bad shoulders after working in EMS for nearly 40 years. I cannot reach to clean all the nooks and crannies of the interior side of my windshield. The service writer washed my windshield after the oil and tire rotation techs were done. And he didn't charge anything more, nor was annoyed, by my obtrusive request. More
