Born and raised in Northeast Ohio. Before coming to work at Preston I was a long time customer here. This is the only dealership I felt more than just a number. Prior to coming here to do Finance, I spent 5 years with quicken loans as mortgage loan officer / director. I enjoy spending my time away from work with my wife and two sons, My hobbies include making music and golfing. I attended Kent State university as well as Cleveland state university studying business, finance, and marketing. I also work in the nursery business with my father. Everyday is a learning experience and an opportunity to become better. Working at Preston has been one of the best decisions I have made. I would not want to be anywhere else.

Tom Z is an incredibly thoughtful and sincere salesman and representative of Preston Superstore. You can tell within minutes of meeting with him that he is someone who genuinely cares about people; indivi and representative of Preston Superstore. You can tell within minutes of meeting with him that he is someone who genuinely cares about people; individuals. Tom is someone who understands the value of connecting with his clients on a personal level which was very reassuring. You may sense a very specific level of care and attentiveness as he works with you. Tom had the patience and empathy to meet me where I was at (a naive young man who had never bought a new vehicle before) and gently guided me through the, naturally, complicated and challenging process of buying a new car. Buying new vehicles, especially for the inexperienced like myself, can become more of a chore or even a burden instead of being the exciting and experiential milestone that we hope for. As I came to accept that I needed a new vehicle, I admittedly started to dread the whole ordeal. I feel very fortunate and grateful to have had the opportunity to work with someone who not only knows this business so thoroughly, but who also cherishes the simple act of taking care of people, one car at a time, and making sure that they are seen and heard every step of the way.
