The staff is always friendly and ready to help. They totally bait and switched me on a price for a key fab replacement. I spent $140 to have my car towed there and they quoted me over $600 more for the same part versus over the phone. Kirsten was fabulous and between her and Dylan (who I assume was the mechanic working on my car) they determined that I really didn't need to have both tie rods replaced - so that saved me about $350 thi assume was the mechanic working on my car) they determined that I really didn't need to have both tie rods replaced - so that saved me about $350 this trip! Will be in contact with Kirsten to schedule the recommended update of shocks in the next month or so. Always a great experience with the RD Mazda customer service team - give them all a raise! More
