I arrived late, which meant she was assisting another customer, but she was already prepared and made sure I was smoothly handed over to Mitch, and I was not disappointed at all! Mitch was confident, patient, attentive, articulate, and humble. He immediately built rapport with me and made sure the entire purchasing process went smoothly. His professionalism and ability to make me feel comfortable throughout the process truly stood out. I was then handed over to Tim, and I must say, he was the icing on the cake! He was extremely professional, thorough, efficient, and made the final part of the process quick and seamless. My overall experience was top tier. What impressed me even more was the atmosphere of the entire location. Every staff member I encountered had a smile and offered a friendly greeting, even if they were simply passing by. I was a return customer for many years, but I will never deal with Niello again. All I can say is Buyer Beware. My experience was completely my fault because I made the assumption that the sales manager and deal with Niello again. All I can say is Buyer Beware. My experience was completely my fault because I made the assumption that the sales manager and dealership valued returning customers, I was wrong. The way they manipulated sticker pricing was legal but certainly not ethically and demonstrate the worst kind of car buying experience. I hope the short-term profit was worth what I belief is a long-term loss to the dealership not to mention the bad publicity that I will continue to tell whoever will listen. In conclusion I would like to say that profit is a good thing and being in business myself I understand what it takes to be in business but to treat a return customer who has purchased almost a quarter of a million dollars' worth of cars in the past few years in this manner, in my opinion is not an ethical business plan.
