I was a return customer for many years, but I will never deal with Niello again. All I can say is Buyer Beware. My experience was completely my fault because I made the assumption that the sales manager and deal with Niello again. All I can say is Buyer Beware. My experience was completely my fault because I made the assumption that the sales manager and dealership valued returning customers, I was wrong. The way they manipulated sticker pricing was legal but certainly not ethically and demonstrate the worst kind of car buying experience. I hope the short-term profit was worth what I belief is a long-term loss to the dealership not to mention the bad publicity that I will continue to tell whoever will listen. In conclusion I would like to say that profit is a good thing and being in business myself I understand what it takes to be in business but to treat a return customer who has purchased almost a quarter of a million dollars' worth of cars in the past few years in this manner, in my opinion is not an ethical business plan. The only positive experience I had at Niello was dealing with Elisa Gala at the floor level. Respectfully, Douglas Talbert More
