It was fine. I understand it's standard practice at a dealership to upsell, so I consulted my owners manual before I came to the dealership. That way I knew that I understand it's standard practice at a dealership to upsell, so I consulted my owners manual before I came to the dealership. That way I knew that the services that they were telling me that G.M. recommended were not in fact what G.M. recommends. $375 of unnecessary services. I don't blame Ed. He was just doing his job.
