They charged me for a misdiagnosis, then expected me to pay for another diagnosis when they couldn't find the problem. I expected better from this dealership! I’ve been there several times only to get an inflated estimate every time. I know you’re in the business to make money but making up frivolous repairs and the amount of time it will take to repair an iss estimate every time. So I did my oil change here and the price was $40 more than last time and they told me I needed $850 worth of new brake pads (and to not wait too long, otherwise I'd then need new rotors.) I took my car than last time and they told me I needed $850 worth of new brake pads (and to not wait too long, otherwise I'd then need new rotors.) I took my car to another shop and they told me I didn't need new brakes yet and that I still have half of them left. I don't think I'm going back to this dealership. More
