Outstanding! I walked out of other dealers because of the way I was treated. I assumed I would walk right out of Quality also, but I was wrong. He was very knowledgeable, kind and patient with me. He picked up on all the minute details of what I liked and didn't like, and found me the perfect car very quickly! He was honest and straightforward about every car I looked at and went out of his way to make sure the car I finally chose was just right in every way. He was never pushy and never gave into the typical sales person stereotypes that I dreaded everytime I drove into other dealerships before finding Quality Subaru. Just drove my Outback home Chris Carey was incredibly knowledgable and patient during my multiple visits to the dealership. I did not feel like a number.
