if I could give them a negative score I would First off I own a Lincoln, so shouldn't of brought it to a Chevy dealer in first place, but they assured me they had a tech that was 20+ years with fo First off I own a Lincoln, so shouldn't of brought it to a Chevy dealer in first place, but they assured me they had a tech that was 20+ years with ford industry. I was lied to just to gain my business, like if you didn't have a qualified tech and equipment to service my vehicle then why not they me that and let me decide whether I want to continue with the service, isn't it my choice? They lied to me, keep my car for longer than estimated, not like an extra day, try 2 days longer, and my car is still not fixed.. lost out on 700 dollars and all they could say was we give it our best, take it to Lincoln have them diagnose and bring it back for a second try, really? More
