I went to two other dealerships before visiting Castle Chevrolet North, and the moment I walked in to their building I already was feeling light and calm like something feels right. Everyone’s looking and acting very professional and the Manager Ed Finn did an awesome job explaining to me every details that I needed to know about the purchase. Well yeah, I didn’t get that from the other two dealerships so thanks Ed. And hey, Mike thank you for driving to starbucks just to get me hot caramel a macchiato. A glass of tap water was not even offered from the other two places so I want to say that I really appreciated that and thank you so much. Well organized vehicles, super neat and clean dealership, professional and good looking staffs, quick process but above all, they really want to help you get the car you want. So overall rating is 9/10. I never gave a 10 so consider that the highest. Now before i email the other dealerships the good news. I highly recommend this one so go try and visit them to see. Mike's World We had a nice time dealing with Mike Pirozzoli. He made us feel comfortable and welcome. We do believe that we got the best deal on our car. Hopefully, we won't come across the same vehicle at a lower price. Would make us very unhappy. We do, however, have issues with your detailers. Found scratches when our plates were transferred that weren't there before. ALSO, whoever detailed the car when it came in to be sold didn't look everywhere. Found a melted chocolate bar in the pouch behind the passenger seat. Totally melted, but luckily it was not opened. No damage done! Also, it was a pleasure to meet Mr. Castle! More
