good until finance part, as I reviewed my contract at home sales man Pat O'Brien was very good, knowledgeable about vehicle I was purchasing. Polite, well spoken , not pushy. Did what he could for me to rea sales man Pat O'Brien was very good, knowledgeable about vehicle I was purchasing. Polite, well spoken , not pushy. Did what he could for me to reach my goal price. The thing is i signed off on my contract and they explained this and that verbally and visually, I just followed along. Two days later I see a charge for universal warranty of which no one offered or explained to me for a charge of 999.00. so whats a universal warranty I ask, its the GAP insurance which I stated to Sales rep I did not want nor need. My insurance offers this on my policy. The last dealer I worked with had charged me the same thing, so I knew about this GAP insurance, had to cancel it then and now I again. I felt like the finance group was trying to get over on me. Its an easy process to cancel warranty and get money back as long as you catch it!!! I would still recommend someone who knows the process about buying a car, but not someone who doesn't. just seems like its a common practice to through universal warranty on and dealer has a 50/50 chance of getting this sale. not cool. More

Decent customer service Great experience and pricing overall. I was pleased with my sales rep Nate who was very helpful. Car buyers do your research , inspect your vehicle top to bottom. I had 2 issues from 2 vehicles I purchased at Castle but they made it right. Make sure you know all your car buying info before purchasing out of state, I was unaware of having to pay taxes at once within 30 days because they don't collect those state taxes... just be informed because they might not inform you. More

Absolute pleasure to deal with!!! Norma was amazing to deal with. I purchased a used 2017 Suburban from her on Saturday. Upon driving it home a couple of issues were discovered. I r Norma was amazing to deal with. I purchased a used 2017 Suburban from her on Saturday. Upon driving it home a couple of issues were discovered. I returned to the dealership Monday morning with the vehicle. Norma got me a loaner immediately and took my vehicle. Norma went above and beyond to make sure every issue was addressed before it was returned to me. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Castle and will be referring my friends and family here. It's No Mustang But It's a Manual My quest for a fun car with a stick shift started and ended here. Damian was the first person to introduce himself outside and coached me through 1st, 2nd and 3 gear in a Cruze. The experience felt less like driver's ed and more like an older sibling showing me the ropes. I returned next day dreaming driving home in a Subaru WRX. Long story short, Manager Ed Finn got me out of a hatchback with a CVT and in to the same manual transmission I test drove. If it weren't for Michael, another sales team associate, I would've returned home never knowing how fun and engaging a stick shift feels like. Walking into Castle Chevrolet (with a budget) results in guaranteed peace of mind. Thanks to the manual transmission, my face always has a smile on the road. My purchase feels like a Ford Model T when traffic lights start green, but it has a turbo like the WRX. The sales staff knew exactly how to sell the Cruze to me. I'm glad that Castle Chevy sold their Mustang before my visit. Rear wheel drive doesn't belong in or near the "snow belt" especially in the hands of an intermediate "stick" driver. More
