Interesting story. Our initial visit to dealer (on Valentines Day, one of the few nice days in Feb) was just to get some info on the new 2015 Chrysler 200 due out this spring/summer, to replace one of Valentines Day, one of the few nice days in Feb) was just to get some info on the new 2015 Chrysler 200 due out this spring/summer, to replace one of our 10 year old Chrysler Sebring convertibles. Kyle Harrison met us with a friendly smile, briefed us on what he knew and added us to his "contact sheet" for updated info as it arrives. Done. But then, I casually asked Kyle about the "Jazz Blue" 300 my wife noticed in the lot - she loved the color - and before we knew it, we were in the vehicle for a nice, relaxed test drive. Kyle sat in the back and described all the features of this great car, which "drove like a dream" (it didn't feel like a large car) - and as my wife drove it, we were (both) liking it more and more. When we got back to the showroom, I told Kyle I would have to get the length/width measurements from him to see if this large sedan would fit in my garage, where we have file cabinets, another refrigerator, shelves, etc. He excused himself, (to get the specs I thought) but instead returned with his boss, Sales Manager Ed Fiorvante; who told us we could bring the care HOME to check out the garage situation! I was shocked, but a bit dubious because we live 15 miles away, and though I'm a careful driver, what if something happened? Ed told me "don't worry about it, we have insurance and if anything happens, it's on us". Well, I couldn't turn that down and that really impressed me - he didn't even ask me to leave my own car there as "collateral" or anything. Talk about customer service! So, I didn't have to bother with measuring - I was able to see that the car fit nicely (just a bit more "snugly") next to our other (smaller) Chrysler in our garage. We even took it to a local restaurant for dinner, and I parked it right out front. Several people who left the restaurant stopped to give it a second look, and my wife and I decided over dinner this was the car for us. I could go on, but the executive summary amounts to our returning to see Kyle the next day (Sat), some back-and forth price negotiation with Kyle/Ed, and ultimately our final return the following Monday to do the deal, and take delivery. (Though I didn't actually meet him, Kyle told me General Sales Mgr Mike Nacinovich was involved as well, so a "shout out" goes to him!) Ed was very straight with me during the negotiation, and Kyle answered and addressed our questions and concerns. Kyle was particularly helpful during the delivery process and took time to not only check us out on the various features of the car (things sure have changed in 10 years!) but even "paired" our I-Phones to the U-Connect system in the vehicle. Before we knew it, the "Pandora" app from my I-Phone was playing thru the car stereo via the Bluetooth connection! Also, the car looked really GREAT at delivery, the detail guys did a GREAT job, inside and and out. Of course, with my keen eye I still found 2 blemishes - but never fear, Kyle had the detail guy up to take care of it 1-2-3. Really an OUTSTANDING delivery process - including our ringing the "cowbell" by the door as we left, and the big round of applause from all! I cannot end this (already a bit long, I'm sorry) without highlighting the outstanding customer service we received from Darren Applegate, the Finance Manager, both during and after the sale. He handled all the paperwork with accuracy and efficiency, found us a fantastic interest rate (1.68%), described the various "add ons" that he recommended, and didn't pressure us in our decision. Also, without going into detail, I had occasion to call Darren the following day with info I got from my insurance company; and he immediately took action to make it right! I was truly VERY impressed - Darren has made me a believer because this was beyond what I expected and, just as importantly, tells me that the excellent customer service at Lester Glenn doesn't end with the delivery. I'm sure I will be happy with my service as well... PS: Kyle; remember to keep us on your info list for the 200 - if they make a convertible, we may do business again in the near future! More

I was extremely happy working with the salesman Steve Regan in that I was able to get a decent price for the car as well as the overall experience which was good. In addition Jim Prendergast the financial expert was able to give me a decent payment plan as well as The Manager Ed Fiorvante, explained the paperwork on the car clearly that it was understandable to me. I will definitely come back again and my even bring a friend to buy my next car with the salesman, Steve Regan. Thanks for a real good experience. More

I was very happy with the treatment I received. I do think that there should be a direct way of calling the dealership without going through a central operator. When I call the phone rings at least 12 t think that there should be a direct way of calling the dealership without going through a central operator. When I call the phone rings at least 12 times before the girl answered, When I complained about the wait she said (Quote) "I have several dealerships to answer the phone for" Unquote. I think this system is terrible and the calls should go directly to the dealership I call. I hope when I need service this doesn't happen, If it does I won't be coming back to Lester Glenn for service. I gave this excellent rating based on the sales person and sales managers professionalism. More

Steve Regan, our salesman, was very friendly and polished reflecting well the image of the dealership. He possesses great product knowledge and conveyed that to us in an easy to understand manner. Ed Fiorvante assisted in financial negotiations. He has an engaging personality and presented a willingness to negotiate a fair deal. He allowed us to "digest" the proposal before finalizing the deal 2 days later. Mike Nacinovich appraised our trade-in. Our 2011 Cadillac SRX was a low mileage vehicle in pristine condition inside and outside. He expressed unbridled enthusiasm for the SRX. Great personality to go with great judgement! Jim Prendergast was our financial manager. Jim has a refreshing straight forwardness which is much appreciated. Explained optional programs so they were easily understood to make decision making easier. Purchased a lifetime warranty on our new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland because of him. Very friendly. Overall, very nice professionals...very nice people! A great combination! More

My experience at Lester Glen Chrysler,Dodge,Jeep was the most positive experience I have ever had at a car dealership. From the moment I was greeted by Steve Regan I felt welcomed and comfortable. He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgable about all the vehicles I was inquiring about. He explained all the available options between, buying and leasing that were available and helped tremendously in narrowing down my decision. Ultimately I ended up leasing a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I greatly appreciated how I was treated by Steve his managers and finance. The no pressure style and atmosphere at Lester Glen was why I became a customer and why I remain a repeat customer! More

The experience my wife and I had at Lester Glenn was OUTSTANDING. Rob was an excellent sales person and Ed did a great job helping us get our new vehicle. I have to give a BIG Thumbs up to Steve Regan, He was my sales person and was knowledgable on all the vehicles at his dealership. 1st thing I liked was that he wasn't breathing down my neck the second i pul sales person and was knowledgable on all the vehicles at his dealership. 1st thing I liked was that he wasn't breathing down my neck the second i pulled into the dealership. He gave me a little breathing room and I respect that. He Helped me with The Dodge Durango, Then The Jeep Grand Cherokee the Outlander & Limited. He then Helped me With the Dodge Ram 1500 which ended up being the vehicle I purchased. At no point did he get inpatient or mind that I wanted to test drive many different vehicles and see the different options that each one offered,he was knowledgable on the 5 vehicles in Dodge, Jeep and Ram. He was professional and was willing to do whatever it took to make my purchase experience pleasant. He knew that I'm not a first time car buyer and I have experience in the way many different dealers operate. Believe me If I don't like the Salesperson thats reason enough for me Not even consider purchasing at a dealership. Steve wasn't pushy and thats why he got the sale. Believe me he earned it. I think maybe Lester Glenn should hire Steve as a consultant to train all the sales people that work at all the different Lester Glenn franchises. There should be more people that do the type of job that Steve does. He doesn't just show up to work. He is actually working the whole time, He gets it done. As far as the other employees in Steves crew that I delt with. They were all respectful & professional. Mike Nacinovich GSM, Ed Fiorvante Sales Manager & Darren Applegate Finance. All down to earth people and nice to deal with. I would recommend Lester Glenn Dodge Jeep Ram to my friends especially because all the people I worked with made it a good experience. More
