I absolutely loved my Acura TLX, but I will never buy/lease another Acura from Joe Rizza. The first bad impression, the salesperson, Gerald Dumas, did not give me the time of day!! He talked down to buy/lease another Acura from Joe Rizza. The first bad impression, the salesperson, Gerald Dumas, did not give me the time of day!! He talked down to me when it came to pricing, like I couldn't afford it, and he was short with me and my parents. It was so bad I rethought getting an Acura. I went back there and dealt with the Sales Manager directly and told him about my bad experience. With no communication with the salesperson i got a great deal and left with the car I wanted. Returning my lease: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have never leased a car before so I did not know the process. I went to the dealership to ask questions so I would be prepared and I didnt end up with unexpected charges. I was told once the process started I would have 2 weeks to return the vehicle to Rizza. I called Rizza for more information and a very rude woman in the service dpmt told me to call Acura Financials, I was confused, but she just kept repeating that without providing any additional guidance. I looked up the number for Acura Financials and they informed me that everything the people at Joe Rizza told me was inaccurate, after that it was super easy. More

A painless experience when we arrived we were met by the same salesman we had when we purchased an Acura TL 3 yrs. prior, Ed remember us from the previous sale. We talk ab when we arrived we were met by the same salesman we had when we purchased an Acura TL 3 yrs. prior, Ed remember us from the previous sale. We talk about our families before Ed asked why we were there. I believe we got a fair deal on our new Acura. Everyone was frendly and helpful.I have bought several cars over the years this was the best experience I've ever had. More
