We hit it off with Ed from the start. I appreciated his low-key, no-nonsense manner. He even revised his scheduled day off to ensure we took delivery the next day under his guidance. The initial offer was opportunistically too high, and various statements about limited inventory (in contradiction to the website) and a customer allegedly waiting in line to see the car we were considering seemed dubious. Be skeptical, and do your homework. In all other respects it's a lovely dealership. The service dept is excellent; the waiting area is comfortable and well-appointed. More
