He took time to hook-up my cell phone to the somewhat complicated car interface. In regards to price negotiation, Ed was not involved. The initial offer was opportunistically too high, and various statements about limited inventory (in contradiction to the website) and a customer allegedly waiting in line to see the car we were considering seemed dubious. Be skeptical, and do your homework. In all other respects it's a lovely dealership. The service dept is excellent; the waiting area is comfortable and well-appointed. More
