I was a return customer a week ago and had a horrible experience! I was ready to tell the world not to go to Phil Long Ford. I even took the car back. Then Diana and Ed reached out to me and apologized experience! I was ready to tell the world not to go to Phil Long Ford. I even took the car back. Then Diana and Ed reached out to me and apologized sincerely for all the issues that I had experienced with them. I worked with Ed and Diana originally when I purchased a couple of years ago. I will ONLY work with Ed Lussier from now on. He has been at PLF for 20 years, and he is so honest and straight forward and truly cares about his clients experience. Diana is equally direct and such a refreshing change from what you expect to find at a car dealership. Love them both! I would highly recommend Ed Lussier at Phil Long Ford. More

MY TIME HERE WAS WITH ED AND DIANA , THE BEST TIME SPENT LOOKING FOR A GOOD CAR, I THOUGHT IT WAS GREAT HOW THEY SEEMED TO GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO HELP ME GET A LOAN THAT WOULD HELP ME GET MY CREDIT BACK ON LOOKING FOR A GOOD CAR, I THOUGHT IT WAS GREAT HOW THEY SEEMED TO GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO HELP ME GET A LOAN THAT WOULD HELP ME GET MY CREDIT BACK ON TRACK. I WOULD MOST DEFINETLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AND SALES PEOPLE TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY THEY REALLY LOOKED OUT FOR MEAND MADE ME FEEL REAL GOOD ABOUT BUYING A USED TRUCK THANK YOU . More
