I have only good things to say about the entire purchase process - Legare Williams originally and Ed Lussier recently. I also really appreciate the no-pressure approach of the sales staff as well as the "Closer" (thanks Crystal). Phil Long's sales organization really does provide a relaxed, but professional vibe and in my opinion they are an excellent dealership. I wouldn't hesitate to return for another vehicle. More

Best car buying experience I showed up in my work truck just browsing from a letter I received from Dianna and Ed in finance . We had leased an Escape in 2011. We do not drive much so had very low mileage on the turnin. Ed explained in great detail the leasing advantages but did not push us into a new one because of the low mileage had very low mileage on the turnin. He was kind, respectful, and did not try to pressure us at all. Instead, he listened to what we wanted, what we currently had, and what would fit our needs. He reviewed all figures over the phone so there would not be any surprises. When I went to close the deal and pick up the vehicle, he had most of the paperwork ready so we did not have to spend much time there. Once everything was completed, he went over all of the new features in the vehicle with us which was a great help. We had a really good experience with him and would go back again. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Ed to any of my friends who might be looking for a vehicle. More
