She was straightforward, patient, easy to work with, and stayed involved well after the sale was complete. A few days after buying the truck, an emissions test uncovered an issue with the 4WD system. This is where Phil Long really impressed me. Diana immediately told me they would take care of it, got me into a loaner, and kept checking in while the truck was being looked at. Dwayne Callaway and the service team didn’t just see that the 4WD was working again and send me on my way. They kept digging, had their driveline tech inspect it further, found an issue with the Integrated Wheel End and driver’s-side hub, and repaired it before giving the truck back to me. They also took the time to explain what happened and how I should handle the emissions test when I take it back. The entire staff treated me well throughout the process. There was never any pressure or argument about taking care of the problem. They simply stood behind the vehicle they sold me and made it right. Anyone can make a sale. How a dealership responds when something doesn’t go perfectly afterward tells you a lot more about the people you’re dealing with. Diana, Dwayne, and the team at Phil Long earned my trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Five stars from me. I really appreciate how you guys took care of me and my truck. More
