The service manager Ed saved the day for Lexus North Miami. My service advisor Bobby never returned any if the six messages I felt (all verified by Ed) Only choice left for me was to drive to the dea Miami. My service advisor Bobby never returned any if the six messages I felt (all verified by Ed) Only choice left for me was to drive to the dealership and upon communicating to Bobby that I was disappointed that I never heard from him, he treated me with disrespect by calling me a liar and further refusing to address the problem at hand by saying "it is your fault and Lexus will NOT pay for it.. That is when I asked for the service manager who not only acknowledged/verified my side of the story (unanswered messages) but took care of the situation IMMEDIATELY though Bobby stated less than 30 minutes before that Lexus was not responsible for it. Thank you Ed. The owners of LNM are very lucky to have you!!! More

I am grateful that Lexus provides loaners when servicing our cars. The Loaner dept however needs better organization .Either it is understaffed, or the staff are not motivated to do their job description. T our cars. The few times I went into their office it was empty of staff and stayed that way for at least 10 minutes. I did leave a brief note for Ed about this too. Thank you anyway Bobby and Ed. More
