It was great to get started with them, but in the end, the Customer Service and overall transaction experience was extremely disappointing, disrespectful and quite unprofessional. Gus, Alex, Ramon, and Se the Customer Service and overall transaction experience was extremely disappointing, disrespectful and quite unprofessional. Gus, Alex, Ramon, and Sean all lack professional customer care or respectful follow-ups. Evan seems to work hard but appears mis or uninformed much of the time. I was happy with my purchase but not the experience. More

Horrible Experience! ! I'm 84 years old. I've been driving Lexus since 1989. Every 6 years I buy a new LS and an RX. Sean, Gus and Harry are THE Most Unprofessional sal ! I'm 84 years old. I've been driving Lexus since 1989. Every 6 years I buy a new LS and an RX. Sean, Gus and Harry are THE Most Unprofessional sales people I have ever encountered! This is a big dealership, I doubt all the sales staff are this bad. Do Not have any dealings with Sean Kamal, Gus Arcon or Harry. They are disrespectful, use strong arm tactics and high pressure. Approximately a month and a half ago we reserved a new car from Lexus of North Miami. We are located in NC and love the dealership we work with here, however the Miami dealership was offering a substant car from Lexus of North Miami. We are located in NC and love the dealership we work with here, however the Miami dealership was offering a substantial savings on the model we wanted so we decided it would be worth it to have it shipped to us in NC. Once Lexus of North Miami had received our deposit, the communication became non existent. We would call multiple times with no answer and not receive a return call. We finally received a call from the shipping company to notify us the car was on its way and were able to pick up the car. (Had to drive 2 hours with 2 hour notice but we were just happy it was arriving) By the time the car was shipped, there were only 2 1/2 weeks left on the temporary tag and we were already due to make our first car payment. (We were accruing interest on the time the car wasn’t even in our possession) We have been calling once a week to check on our permanent NC tags and AGAIN nobody will return our calls. We are preparing to leave on our first road trip and as of today the temporary tag is expired. Nobody will return voicemails or emails. We are beyond frustrated. To spend this much money on a car and get this type of service is appalling. Unless you are in North Miami and can physically go into the dealership to make certain things are taken care of, I would strongly encourage you to go elsewhere. There are some amazing Lexus dealers out there. More

Everyone was super sweet, patient and co just want to show my appreciation and say a big THANK YOU to Maria, Chris, Gus, Peter and Alex in Finance!! Everyone was super sweet, patient and considerate of my requests and concerns. All was very helpful going above and beyond to make me happy and I am super grateful, satisfied and loving my new car!! Chris, special thanks to you for never making me feel as if i was less than, for never saying no to me before utilizing all options available and most of all for never being a typical sales rep to me but instead, present yourself as a people person, a friend, aproachable, listened attentively, easy to talk to and eager to help making me comfortable to proceed. Thank you!! Maria, I will repeat, you were so warm, genuine and you just make this process so smooth and painless. I like your spirit the moment i saw you! Yall are professionals and I am really grateful. The last Lexus i got the experience was NOT amazing so this time I am giving to Ceasar was is due. As with all dealers, they try to scam you and play unending pricing games. Advertised car price as Lexus pre owned certified turns into them trying to add $4000 to the price for the certification but unending pricing games. Advertised car price as Lexus pre owned certified turns into them trying to add $4000 to the price for the certification but then their advertising is misleading. They dont go over every detail, they only answer the questions you ask. They dont provide documentation showing proof of preowned certification. They dont provide a document that tells you what should come with a preowned certified car either (e.g., should get two keys not one). Then the finance guy plays more games and the way the numbers are handled differ each step of the way so there always ends up being a difference in price agreed upon and always in the dealers favor. Why cant there be transparency in the process. Very disappointed and the finance managers have attitudes when you ask questions. Anyone buying from this dealer should have their ducks in order and be ready to walk away in the eleventh hour when the gaming of the customer continues. Love my car but despise the experience. And of course no one from the dealer responds to inquiries about confirming receipt of insurance binder or transfer of title paperwork once you leave and you are left to fight and risk insurance and tag transfer issues due to lack of responsiveness. My first time buying a new car and I could not be more happy with the service I recieved. I went to 6 other dealerships and no once came close to the customer service I recieved from Lexus. Danielle Contaldi was AMAZING and my perfect salesperson. She knew every stat about each model and was so patient with answering my questions. Her professionalism, care, and personality made me feel so confident with making my decision. She continuously followed up with me along my journey of deciding what car to buy. The general manager, Sean also deserves recognition. He took the time to look over my lease and talk with me personally before I sealed the deal. And Lastly, Todd in the finance department walked me thru all the paperwork making me feel comfortable and knlowedgable about my contracts. Thank Lexus of North Miami, Thank you Danielle, Todd, and Sean. You have gained a life long customer. More
