I've been arriving on time at my service appointment for simple oil and filter changes. My car was put in the parking garage space for one and a half hours and nobody cared about it. After I realized this I confronted Ed and a vehicle was taken for service. 30 min later my car was ready. Unmanageable and unprofessional service. More
