Horrible. 3 people were checking me in when I brought the car for the service and I got this terrible cleaning. I am in shock. Best service Manager and best service group! I had my car repairs assigned to Lexus of NM and I needed service performed on my vehicle as well. The agent that handled the collision aspect complet I had my car repairs assigned to Lexus of NM and I needed service performed on my vehicle as well.
