I tried contacting the staff mentioned, they ignored my messages and never returned calls. I emailed all management at this dealership and no one replied. I filed a report with the AG. They obviously do not care about one old person. I will tell everyone I know to avoid lexus of north miami.

What a f’n joke! Was given false Carfax , didn’t realize until after I checked contract vin # was different than what was provided! GM completely blew it off without a single returned call or email response. This place is about grabbing cash and deceiving consumers. Bigger joke is customer relationship mgr responding to negative reviews.

Shocking update. Sales manager Sean Kamal called me directly screaming the F** word and threatening to “ruin my life” and “hunt me down” if I didn’t take down this review. Police and lawyers are now involved. This guy threatened my life. This is not how you run a business or treat customers. Also a local auto body shop confirmed the $112k Porsche 911 they sold me with a “clean car fax” had the front and rear bumper recently repainted and front passenger fender had a major impact accident. None of this was disclosed.
