Superior Experience I have been an Annapolis Subaru customer for fourteen years, and this is the fourth Subaru my family has purchased/leased in fifteen years. Ed Rucker I have been an Annapolis Subaru customer for fourteen years, and this is the fourth Subaru my family has purchased/leased in fifteen years. Ed Rucker guided me through the selection of the Forester and reviewed all of its features before I drove away. Aside from liking the Subaru, I can only sing the praises of the Service Department. Jason has always looked after me and my daughter who, incidentally, brings her car from Northern Virginia for service. Everyone at the dealership is courteous, professional, and helpful. I look forward to continuing my Subaru experience in the coming years. More

Once the car arrived at the dealership he had all my paperwork filled out and simply awaiting my signature. He made the car buying a smooth, painless, and efficient process. Ed walked me through every inch of my new vehicle. The new technology my Forester came with was a bit overwhelming, but Ed left me confident in my ability to manage all the fancy new gadgetry. If I am ever in the market for a new vehicle or simply an upgrade, I will be back to Annapolis Subaru and hope Ed is there to assist me. More

We spoke a little with our Sales Consultant Ed and he was very relaxed and we didn't feel pressure which we really appreciated. Sometimes when you go to a dealership you get inundated with info. Ed gave us the facts, we test drove a Forester, and ended up buying one the following week. During my time at the dealership I noticed that everyone seemed to work as a team and seemed to get along which was nice to see. I enjoyed working with Ed at Subaru and would highly recommend the Annapolis dealership and the Forester to others. More
