Best dealer Ed was great, knowledgeable, and easy going. He gave us plenty of time to test drive, and go over features. There was no hassle and great prices. Easy, No pressure: A Refreshing take on car buying I am new to Subaru, but I've been interested for a while. My husband and I live an hour and a half away from Annapolis Subaru, in fact closer to anot I am new to Subaru, but I've been interested for a while. My husband and I live an hour and a half away from Annapolis Subaru, in fact closer to another Subaru dealership, but we have heard about the customer service at Annapoilis Subaru. We decided it was work the extra driving when the exact Impreza for which I was looking came up for zero percent financing. That was enough to convince my husband to go look. We didn't need a new car, so we were expecting the usual pressure you expect at a dealership. We were first surprised that we had to go inside to ask for help. We were not pestered by overly eager salesmen before we even parked. When we sat down with Eric, we knew what we wanted and the price we were willing to pay for it. We looked at and test drove a few cars. Eric gave me time to get comfortable in the car and talked me through all of the features. I was not familiar with driving in the area, so he even directed me to places with the least traffic, even though we were test driving at rush hour. When we chose a car and sat down to talk numbers, the service was professional, quick, and willing to work with us to meet our needs. Every staff member with whom we interacted while at Annapolis Subaru seemed to truly want what was best for us. This was by far the least stressful car buying experience I've ever had! I would highly recommend Annapolis Subaru for anyone in the market for a new car. More

I will never go back to CarMax after Saturday! it was such a pleasant experience. We bought our first Subaru Outback in 2003 and had intermittent service done over the years. Jason and his team in service have been more than accommodating with provisions while work was being done to our 2003 Outback. I knew over the years that I would be back to purchase another Subaru, but it's almost like having a child, when it happens, it happens. No turning back. Well, I was fortunate to be reacquainted with Ed Rucker where he showed his true colors eluding superior customer service. The purchase of a new vehicle has the reputation of being one of the most stressful episodes in life. Not with Ed and his team at Annapolis Subaru. Like a well-oiled machine, they were extremely accommodating and the whole process was quick and smooth. I knew what I wanted and willing to pay for. In turn, they knew what I wanted and willing to pay for. The experience could not have been any better. Excellent Service Purchased a 2017 BRZ from Annapolis Subura . Our sales experience was by far the best we have had and we've purchased 5 vehicles in the last 10 years. Mr. Rucker listened to our needs, responded to our calls (even after hours) and patiently explained the car features to us. We never felt like we were captives in a sleazy car salesman reality show. In all honesty that factor alone will make me return to the Annapolis Subaru to purchase my next sedan. Joe Tyler was knowledgeable and we enjoyed the light conversation while we signed the paperwork. One thing I really appreciated was was the efficient process, while maintaining a feeling of personal service. I'm a very busy business owner and my time is very valuable to me. Ed Rucker I have been an Annapolis Subaru customer for fourteen years, and this is the fourth Subaru my family has purchased/leased in fifteen years. Ed Rucker guided me through the selection of the Forester and reviewed all of its features before I drove away. Aside from liking the Subaru, I can only sing the praises of the Service Department. Jason has always looked after me and my daughter who, incidentally, brings her car from Northern Virginia for service. Everyone at the dealership is courteous, professional, and helpful. I look forward to continuing my Subaru experience in the coming years. More
