Crosstrek purchase I am from northern new jersey. I did an extensive search in my area for a loaner that would go for a few bucks less. Technically new, but very sligh I am from northern new jersey. I did an extensive search in my area for a loaner that would go for a few bucks less. Technically new, but very slightly used...a graduation present for my son. I had a budget. I have a close friend who resides in Annapolis several days a week for work. He and his collegues have had many good experiences with the men and women at Annapolis Subaru. On his advice, I called last week, found the car I needed and got the best price I have seen anywhere. Anywhere. I left Montclair this morning at 4 am, arrived st 7:30 had breakfast at the double T diner down the street. I met Ed Rucker at 9:00 am. The deal was done in two hours; I made it home by 3:00 that afternoon. They also quoted me a ball park quote on my trade that was several thousands more than I was quoted here in New Jersey. It was the easiest most non traumatizing experience I have ever had at a dealership. Ever. I am pooped, I had a long day today. They were exceptional. I will share this with anyone who cares to listen. I would buy from them again and recomend them highly. Thanks for listening, ed. More

Ed Rucker's Outstanding Treatment and Product Knowledge Firstly, Ed took over and closed my deal after the initial sales rep. left the dealership. I was initially worried about the continuity of the deal. Firstly, Ed took over and closed my deal after the initial sales rep. left the dealership. I was initially worried about the continuity of the deal. However, after the first call from Ed, my worries were relieved. Ed came up to speed quickly on all aspects of my deal, which let me know I was in good honest hands. Secondly, Ed paid special attention to my needs, and really impressed me with his product knowledge. He is a walking encyclopedia on the Subaru Forester. Lastly, I would buy another vehicle from Ed and this business. I have enjoyed the experience. More

I have had the pleasure of working with Ed Rucker to purchase my last 2 cars from Annapolis Subaru. I now look only to Ed when I need to buy a new car. Buying a car from Ed, is like buying a car from purchase my last 2 cars from Annapolis Subaru. I now look only to Ed when I need to buy a new car. Buying a car from Ed, is like buying a car from an old friend. He takes time to get to know you and is willing to work hard to find the right car for you. My experiences with Ed have been nothing less than stellar, and I mention him to everyone I know that is in the market for a new car. After 6 Subaru Outbacks 4 of them from Ed, all I can say is he is one of the best. I have dealt with a lot of salespeople and I keep coming back to him. The service at the dealership has always been great and I try and deal with Doug as much as possible in service, again stellar. Having a Subaru means "seldom do you get on a first name basis with your service manager" That's a good thing. More

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had! No hassling & I never felt like I was being "taken for ride!" After researching online and walking car lots when dealerships were closed, we settled on test driving the Forrester and the Outback. We called and made an appointment with Ed Rucker. This turned out dealerships were closed, we settled on test driving the Forrester and the Outback. We called and made an appointment with Ed Rucker. This turned out to be a good decision as he was extremely busy. Ed was knowledgeable in the fact that the Forrester and the Outback ride and handle differently, and in that regard had us test drive the Forrester first. He demonstrated each car and its capabilities in a nearby parking lot and then sent us out to drive on our own. Ed answered all our question thoroughly. We made a second visit to look at interiors and options. We checked with USAA buying service as to price and though not a USAA online dealer , he matched the price. Our only disppointment was the trade-in. While our 1999 Issuzu Rodeo ran great for us , lower mileage, and had a new transmission, it did need AC work and new tires. All things considered, it was a very good experience at Annapolis Suburu and we are very happy with our decision. Before we left the lot with oour new Outback he went over all the bells and whistles and arranged for me to come in to have Bluetooth connected. More

My experience here was great and hassle free. Ed- was very nice and helpful. He worked with me while I was out of town over the holidays to ensure I didn't loose the car that I wanted. He took care of the minor issues I wanted corrected, such as detailing of the car wash etc. Billy- Once again hassle free, working with him on the financing was great. He made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Chris- Chris came out to check on me when the final sale was made and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Great buying experience. I negotiated the purchase of a new Outback for my mother. My mother lives in another state and the staff at Annapolis Subaru was able to complete everything she needed to purchase new Outback for my mother. My mother lives in another state and the staff at Annapolis Subaru was able to complete everything she needed to purchase a car based on her state requirements. When we arrived at the dealership everyone was friendly and they had taken care of most of the paperwork. There were no surprises. Everything was just as I had discussed over the phone with my salesman Ed Rucker. Being that it was my mother's birthday that day, the entire staff made her feel special. The amount of care and detail they put into explaining everything in the car and the manuals made her feel confident with her purchase. She stated this was the best car buying experience she has ever had. More
