We have NEVER had a salesperson that goes above and beyond like Donna. She explained every feature in each Lincoln we test drove. She listened to what features were important to me and started giving me vehicle options. When we made our decision Donna contacted me within a couple of hours with what documents she needed from us. We sent everything to her email and when we arrived to pick up our vehicle the papers were ready to sign. The purchase was flawless from beginning to end, and we couldn't be happier! When you buy a car from Donna you don’t just get a new vehicle, you get Donna and she follows up for several weeks to make sure you are satisfied. In addition, Ed Smith in the Service Department goes above and beyond to take care of the customer. Not only did we purchase a new vehicle, but we met a great group of people. More
