Easiest most pleasant buying experience we've ever had. Only dealer that wasn't charging $2k over MSRP. Ask for Ed Troike. Recently I purchased a new Crosstrek at Brilliance Subaru. My sales associate was Ed Troike. He was by far the best sales person I have ever worked with going back over 40 years. While waiting for the Subaru. My sales associate was Ed Troike. He was by far the best sales person I have ever worked with going back over 40 years. While waiting for the car to be made/shipped Ed kept me up to date via email and phone on a regular basis. Upon arrival he spent a great deal of time explaining vehicle operation. I picked the car up on a Friday, he called the following Monday to see how things were going, and also called a week after that to see if I has any questions. He also gave me his phone number for any future questions. Visit Brilliance and be sure to work with Ed Troike. Ed and Brilliance Subaru were the best dealership I have ever used. More
