No communication! Tired of the same old B.S. no communication on what is going on with our truck. The truck sits at the dealer for over a month before I have to go down Tired of the same old B.S. no communication on what is going on with our truck. The truck sits at the dealer for over a month before I have to go down there and confront the service writer Eddy to get answers. It should have never gone this far. Find out that the service bulletin came out in 2012 for my truck and was not addressed until the 2nd visit for the same problem and then the service dept wants me to pay full price for both visits when it wasnt repaired or quality control checked before Ibwas notified that it was ready. What a JOKE of a place! More
