This was a great car buying experience from start to finish! I previously had a 2018 VW Atlas and have always loved this vehicle since the moment I purchased it from another dealership. The only reason I chose to part with it was due to the milage, and knowing that I was going to get the same thing yet again. My Atlas was getting close to 100,000 miles, and I spend a lot of time on the road driving to and from work. I wanted to get the best trade-in value for it. So, knowing that, I saw this dealership had a used Atlas that I planned on getting. When reaching out to Jamie Waldron, she was friendly and very knowledgeable about this car as well as the rest of their car inventory on the lot. With that, I chose to drive the 1.5 hours to test drive, and hopefully take home that used Atlas. When arriving at the dealership, I was greeted with a smile and treated very well by everyone that I came in contact with. I did leave with an Atlas, but it was not the used one, it was a brand new 2022! I couldn't help to splurge for the new vehicle as it was not much more. I felt like I was a part of the Luther family when sitting and talking with the staff that I worked with. I never felt pressured to make a purchase at all, and she answered every question I had with a smile on her face. Jamie and Eddie took the time to explain everything to me and had me all set up with everything that I needed before leaving the lot a few short hours later! When it is time to purchase my next Atlas and trade this one in, I know where I will take my business. I will be going right back to Luther Burnsville and working with Jamie Waldron once again! More

Linda at Luther VW in Burnsville was nothing short of amazing to work with while I purchased my first vehicle, a 2022 VW Taos! From the go, I was throughly impressed with Linda's friendliness, excellent communication to keep me in the loop with updates, and her vast knowledge of the VW brand & each car to answer all of my (many) questions. I test drove the Taos with Linda and she took the time to show me each feature, assist me in comparing models, and went above and beyond to seek out the car I wanted in a timely manner. She was able to secure a dealership trade for me with a model that had the specific add-on's I wanted and when a very unique situation happened with the other dealership, Linda was very proactive with the situation and sought out another Taos for me out-of-state and informed me right away (and even had the other vehicle being shipped in already)! She and the whole team were simply fantastic- respectful, professional, and took care of me! I had 100% faith in Linda and felt completely at-ease through the entire process. Eddie in Finance helped me complete all the paperwork with ease and walked me through each option and took the extra time to make sure that I understood everything and answered all my questions. He was extremely pleasant and professional while I worked with my credit union and made a usually painful process, extremely stress-free. I've never owned, driven, or even ridden in a Volkswagen before randomly considering it in my car options shortly before I booked an appointment with Linda to see it for myself. I was blown away by the features, reasonable price, the luxury feel, and the amazing experience + endless options. To say I love it is an understatement, the Taos is amazing and I've gotten so many compliments on it. I know I'll be back to Luther VW Burnsville for my next future car purchase. I was in a serious accident, totalling my car. I called Linda and asked if there was a convertible to replace the one that was totalled. She had just gotten one!
