I tried to buy an ID4 from Burnsville VW when they first became available but inventory was not abundant and they didn’t have what I wanted in stock. That said, Linda Radue’s follow up and effort at that t became available but inventory was not abundant and they didn’t have what I wanted in stock. I ended up buying from a different dealer only because they had the one I wanted and I was willing to travel 3 hours away to get it quickly. Fast forward 6 months later, I really liked my car however I decided the AWD version was more ideal for me and I began to search again. Of course, like anything in these times, availability was basically zero and the model I wanted would have to be ordered. I didn’t want to wait another 3-6 months and Linda said she would call me if someone cancelled their order. About a month went by and then she called me a few days ago as I was fortunate enough to have someone cancel. Keep in mind, she didn’t have to keep my name or number and since these cars will sell quickly, she didn’t have to go to any extra effort…but she did go the extra mile and thought of me when the opportunity came about. That “extra” is why you see the other highly positive reviews about her. We discussed the details by phone and the deal was made in just a couple of conversations. I added some accessories and when I arrived yesterday, the car was ready and equipped as we talked about. Details in the finance office were spot on and after discussing the usual “stuff” the deal was done. I trade cars quite often and have had dealership interactions on both sides of the spectrum - Some experiences were not so good and others were outstanding. Luther Burnsville VW, Linda Radue, Emily Dziuk and Eddie Clemons are all BEST IN CLASS professionals that put forth a huge effort to make you feel good about the whole process. I’m not always easy to deal with because I ask a lot of questions and I don’t sign paperwork just because it’s pushed in front of me. I read it and have them explain it to me. They were helpful and patient. I left there knowing that I made a good decision with buying from them. More

I brought my 2019 Tiguan in because the remote start wasn't working. I was pleased to find out that it was nothing more than the battery, which was still under warranty, so I didn't have any out of pock wasn't working. Brad was very friendly and explained the process to me fully prior to them looking at my vehicle. While waiting for my 2019 Tiguan to be serviced, I took a look around the showroom and found a beautiful 2022 Tiguan. I texted Aaron Stephens (my prior contact for the purchase of our 2019 Tiggy) and he was very helpful in explaining the newer features. Even though he wasn't technically on the clock, he took the time to text with me about the vehicle. I had spoken with Aaron prior to needing my Tiguan looked at and he mentioned trade-in. He was kind enough to have Travis Brockman come over to me to help me with looking at my current vehicle and running numbers for trade-in and purchase of a newer vehicle. The trade-in number was fantastic, so I took a test drive in the 2022 and it was amazing. Travis is SO patient and so kind. Very easy to work with! We did the paperwork and to my surprise, Aaron came into the dealership before his scheduled shift to be there for the hand off. To me, this is above and beyond anything expected! Eddie was wonderful with explaining everything to me, I had no doubts about anything we agreed upon. He was even kind enough to grab a heater because his office was a little chilly! My 2019 Tiguan has been so reliable and so great, I am happy that I was able to find a replacement for the best car I have ever owned! Travis, Aaron, and Eddie made the entire process so easy and quick - I don't think I'll ever go to another dealership! More
