With a background in healthcare I entered the auto industry as a salesperson with no experience in sales. At the time I was pursuing a MBA at University of MN in hospital administration and industrial psychology. While in school I decided to take a position selling cars to get me through. I had all intentions of pursuing a career in healthcare..... 10 short years later I am still in the auto industry. There is something exciting about this industry that keeps me here. I enjoy all the people I get to interact with and everyday is different and new. I continuously learn in the industries ever changing environment and that is one reason I love coming to work. I started at a Ford Dealership (Sales and Finance) and I am currently at Burnsville Volkswagen in the Finance Department. The experience here at Burnsville Volkswagen has been spectacular. The management staff is outstanding and our service department is 2nd to none. Check us out if you are in the market you will not be disappointed.

I worked with Kyle Willemssen and the process was seamless. He was so helpful in answering all my questions and go me into the car that I wanted. This was the best buying experience that I have seamless. He was so helpful in answering all my questions and go me into the car that I wanted. This was the best buying experience that I have ever gone through. No back and forth, straight forward and will be buying all my cars from Kyle and Burnsville Volkswagen. Eddie made signing all the forms smooth and his sense of humor was fantastic. Just a great overall experience, will recommend them to everyone I know. More

I found my car on the internet and drove 30 miles to see it at Luther Burnsville dealership. Linda Radue was wonderful to work with. Professional but very friendly and easy going. I neve felt obligated o it at Luther Burnsville dealership. Linda Radue was wonderful to work with. Professional but very friendly and easy going. I neve felt obligated or pressured. I ended up buying the car and trading my car. Again it all went very smoothly......after a couple hours, I drove away in my new car! More

I was an out-of-state buyer; Linda Radue and Eddie Clemens were very helpful, before and after the sale, without any pressure. I had a specific desire for the trim and colors. Linda was patient as I made several changes (of colors and trim level) and was able to secure a vehicle that I now happily own. Eddie Clemens clearly explained the available financing and service contract options. More importantly, he was just as friendly and helpful when I decided (2 weeks after the sale) to cancel the service contracts I had purchased with the vehicle. Because of them, I consider this to be among my best buying experiences. More
