Fantastic experience. Elijah was super helpful and informative. The dealership was clean and everyone was helpful and friendly. Eddie is my Service Advisor, and he is consistently courteous and helpful. He makes the effort to get my car serviced in a timely fashion, and stays in close contact with me throughout the process. I had my car at Kia for a flat tire last week, and when I picked it up it had been washed and the inside vacuumed! Always great service with Eddie and with Royal Kia! More

The sales staff is fantastic. I have had a few issues with the service department that were resolved. I feel the service done initially was not thoroughly diagnosed and required return, more costs and with the service department that were resolved. Good customer service 2nd car I bought within the past 3 months. Once again it was easy hassle free, everyone there does a great job of customer service. The 1st car was new (I am loving my Soul) and the 2nd was used. there was a mechanical issue that showed up after a day of driving and they corrected the issue immediately no questions asked. More
