I have to begin with Eddie Duranovic, from whom I bought my new Audi 8 years ago. I stop by at his desk to say hi every time I go back to the dealership, and to this day, both Eddie and the other Eddie in m my new Audi 8 years ago. I stop by at his desk to say hi every time I go back to the dealership, and to this day, both Eddie and the other Eddie in management remember me and are always so welcoming. Eddie knows what my preferences are for my next car, and he lets me know when they have something I might like. If and when the time comes for me to finally get a new car I'd like to buy it from Eddie, not just because I love my little Audi but mostly because Eddie, along with the rest of this dealership, really does make you feel like you are a personal friend. I'm so happy to see that other people have had a similar experience with him and are fond of him. Since the beginning of February I had been trying to get a persistent issue fixed, and Tim Machonga was the one who helped me throughout the process. As soon as you meet him, he comes off as very genuine and knowledgeable and he tries to explain things in depth even if we might not understand all of it. Without going into too much boring detail or disclosing some hiccups, which, in retrospect, are possible scenarios in real life, what really made Tim shine and stand out was that Tim was excellent in handling conflict and challenge. He remained very professional, calm, patient, and empathetic in an otherwise stressful and problematic circumstance. I was already thoroughly impressed with Tim but the situation itself was such that it was necessary to talk to the manager, Andy, who lent me his time and a listening ear amid his busy schedule and acknowledged all the potential variables. Also, in the meantime, I got periodic updates from Tim about the work being done on my car, and they truly made a sincere effort to accommodate their customers as best as they could. Mikaela is the one that handed my car back to me and she is such a sweetheart every time I see her. My car came back to me today in a pristine condition. I really appreciate everything they've done. Thank you, everyone. More
