The service was excellent but slower than usual. The bad rating is due to the lack of masks and the antagonism from GM Brian when this was pointed out. It's a lack of respect and this will still fall on his sad Trumpy ears. The worse part was saying that they are all fine. They will be fine until someone is not. When sales employees walk through service, don a mask. It appears to be a macho thing. All the women wear masks, and maybe 1/3 of the men. We felt unsafe. This comes from the top and the GM needs to be removed. This reflects bad on the brand. More
