Courteous and Friendly staff It was my first experience with Autohaus on Edens. Took my car in for a service campaign. The car was returned within a day and the dealer was kind en It was my first experience with Autohaus on Edens. Took my car in for a service campaign. The car was returned within a day and the dealer was kind enough to offer me a loaner. There was one little hiccup with the service in that when i received the car back later that day, it displayed a check engine light. No biggie. I emailed Eddie G. and his response time was swift and reassuring that all I had to do was bring the car back and they would take care of it. After taking the car back I was in and out in a matter of minutes with no issues. More

Excellent job during this difficult time! I needed some important repairs during the "stay at home order." Great way to fix a flat tire! I had a flat tire, but couldn't get the tire off due to frozen lug nuts. My husband called Autohaus on Edens and they sent a courtesy transporter to p I had a flat tire, but couldn't get the tire off due to frozen lug nuts. My husband called Autohaus on Edens and they sent a courtesy transporter to pick up the car. While they had it, they fixed the flat in addition to doing a complete inspection and fixing a few other issues (including a recall). They are great at communicating when the service will be completed and reaching out if there are complications. More

Excellent service appointment for my annual maintenance. Great communication, everything was ready when I got there and everything was completed extremely quickly. Great Service from Ken and Eddie Came in when the engine light came on. Was able to get a loaner and leave the car to get repaired and do the maintenance and recall service that I was Came in when the engine light came on. Was able to get a loaner and leave the car to get repaired and do the maintenance and recall service that I was scheduled to have done 2 days later. Everything was done within 24 hours of me dropping off the car. Also got a 20% discount for coming in during a slow time for Autohaus It was great to be greeted by name by Ken and be able to talk to him..
