I made an appointment for 11 o clock on a Saturday morning. I arrived at 10:45 and had to wait for 2 hours for an oil change. The fact that I had an appointment and still had to wait two hours is quit morning. I arrived at 10:45 and had to wait for 2 hours for an oil change. The fact that I had an appointment and still had to wait two hours is quite ridiculous. It should be advertised that simple services like an oil change take at least 2 hours even with an appointment. I’m very disappointed with the services here. More
