Always seemed to be overbooked, no coordination between parts and service depts. I avoided them for quite awhile for that reason. However, since new service manager took over about a year or so ago, it has shown noted improvement. Service writer Eddie Goines has always been a standout for this dept, if it wasn’t for him, I would have gone elsewhere for my CX-5 and 6’s service needs. Kudos to Eddie! Doug Aldridge has also been good to work with. Sales dept has been great to work with, deserves five stars, and is the reason why I keep coming back. Mike Fresquez could not have done a better job helping me find what I wanted at the price I wanted. Next time I am in the market for a new vehicle, he is the first one I will call.....this review has been primarily for the service dept......overall I would rate the sales dept 5 stars and service 3 stars, but improving. More

Excellent service! My car was subject to two recalls; one I knew about and one that had not been brought to my attention. Both were repaired; a total maintenance check o My car was subject to two recalls; one I knew about and one that had not been brought to my attention. Both were repaired; a total maintenance check of all systems was also performed, which gave me a tremendous sense of confidence. And ...Eddie remedied a "problem" with my spare key fob, by simply inserting the battery correctly 😂. I left with a safe, clean car - inside and out; and a tutorial on how to properly insert a battery into the fob - which tickled my friends. Thanks for everything! More
