Scheduling my service online was easy. Something came up and I needed to change the date so I called the dealership and the woman who helped me made the change without any difficulty. I am very disappointed with the service I have received from this service center. I brought my vehicle in a week ago because it had an engine light on and was not driving properly. It was a used Mazda 6 wh from this service center. I brought my vehicle in a week ago because it had an engine light on and was not driving properly. It was a used Mazda 6 which was not purchased from them. Someone name Rich was the contact person and I could not get him to keep me informed about how the repairs were going and when they expected my car to be repaired? When I asked the first time they seemed to be irritated and told me I could take my car somewhere else to be serviced? Finally they told me I needed a part they had to order from someplace in Texas? I payed extra to have it sent express. I was never told when it arrived and my repair was put o hold be cause no one was there on weekends to do it. No one told me this? When I called them they told me they were working on it and would have it done that day. They finally contacted me that evening after i called twice and said the part they ordered was bent and they had to order a new one? I would have to wait another day for my car? Found it strange that they had another excuse after they supposed were installing the part all day? I have never experienced any customer service like this anywhere.........I have been without my car for a week. More
