Had a very nice and seamless purchase experience at Shottenkirk!! I first made telephone contact with Eddie Heffron. We spoke and texted a few times. I conducted an online search of what I wanted in an F150 XLT 4x4. I was able to find the perfect truck for me; forwarded my truck choice to Eddie, who then started the paperwork process. He made it clear that there was no obligation to purchase if I did not like the truck once seeing it in person!! Upon arrival at Shottenkirk I met Eddie, who then introduced my wife and I to Randy, our salesman. Randy was very easy going , knowledgeable and displayed no over bearing, pushy signs of some vehicle sales persons.
