They had a car listed at MSRP that they didnt have in stock... Told me to put a deposit down for which I filled out the form for. Called me later to ask about my trade in and then told me that the car stock... Told me to put a deposit down for which I filled out the form for. Called me later to ask about my trade in and then told me that the car I was interested in they were marking up 10k... 25% over msrp they also told me they would have 2500+$ in dealer addons Tint/nitrogen filled tires/clear coat... that were not optional even though they werent even applied to the car yet. I wouldnt recommend them considering there are plenty of Toyota dealerships who dont price gouge over msrp. More

Phenomenal Experience from Start to Finish While navigating to the dealership itself is a bit cumbersome as the roads are a bit confusing with exits and roundabout ways (that's on San Antonio a While navigating to the dealership itself is a bit cumbersome as the roads are a bit confusing with exits and roundabout ways (that's on San Antonio and NOT the dealership), don't be deterred because the service you get supersedes what you will get elsewhere. As soon as I pulled in and parked, Eddie approached us, but not in a pushy sales person type way. He just greeted us and asked if we were working with anybody. Once I shared we weren't, I told him what exactly I was interested in and Eddie showed me directly to that area of the lot. I looked at a TON of Rav4s and Highlanders. Having owned 2 Highlanders previously (1 being the trade in this day) I knew what I was getting but wanted to consider the Rav4 "just in case". There was no hesitation in a "downgrade" if you will on Eddie's part. Eddie was like "Try them all!" He sincerely didn't act as if I was wasting any of his time even with my indecisiveness. He was attentive and even when my trade-in was on the auction block (something like that), he was explaining the process. While we did spend more time there than I would've liked (9:30-2:15) it was certainly explained along the way what we were waiting on, we were offered water, cookies, popcorn, coffee, etc. complimentary while we waited. Once back in finance we were greeted and interacted with Disabled Veteran (I asked - he didn't just throw this info out) Patrick. He was extremely friendly, customer service oriented, explained everything from start to finish, informed us of all options, and made it simple for us to transfer our specialty (Purple Heart) plates along with our registration application. In past experiences (at Universal Toyota) this was NOT an easy process to explain and do...I always felt like I was informing them and impressing the importance to them. I will admit that with my husband's disabilities and "issues" it can be hard to involve him in these processes so he doesn't feel overwhelmed or impatient. We were treated with such respect from start to finish that he remained calm for the entire duration. I have personally purchased from Universal Toyota, Red McCombs, and now North Park Toyota. I was a long time Universal customer for sales and service, but they have always struggled in the customer service department. From start to finish this was a phenomenal experience and I highly recommend both Eddie Hernandez and Patrick Lancaster, not to mention North Park Toyota. You can't go wrong. More
