Went to dealership a couple days prior to looking for a new vehicle, was NOT quoted any prices until a credit check was done, not giving me the option to know what would be best to finance. I traded in a 2 new vehicle, was NOT quoted any prices until a credit check was done, not giving me the option to know what would be best to finance. I traded in a 2009 BMW assuming they would also be in depth with how much the new car would be, later finding out that the SAME vehicle was listed for $12,000 and ended up paying more than the online price not including taxes or “mandatory fees”. We were told we were suppose to check online first than the dealership. That’s not customer service. Went into the store to speak to the manager and the financial department and nothing was done for me in regards to reducing the vehicle to the original price. They kept insisting to me that the only way we can find the right car for the price I was looking for was by credit check and not just by giving simple estimates like other dealers do before taking a hit into my credit. WILL NOT recommend this dealership. More
