When I first walked into the Honda dealership my heart was set on a vehicle at the previous dealership. The receptionist was attentive and friendly. Eddie was great to work with. My wife and I had been working with Eddie for about four months before we purchased our 2023 Honda Odyssey. We had gone back and forth about the new Pilot or Odyssey, but found that the Odyssey was for us. I had told Eddie that we would need about a month or two before we would be ready to purchase our new vehicle. We wanted more time to save up and research the other vehicles on the market. However, life is never as simple as the plans you set for it. With the birth of our fourth child, we quickly found we needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle. A quick phone call to my wife to tell her she was getting a new car and of course for her consent, we decided to move up our plans by about a month. Eddie worked with us and quickly arranged a test drive of an Odyssey that met our criteria. Less than 48 hours later we had our beautiful new Odyssey. Eddie made this process as painless as possible! There was a moment where the sale came under question, but that was never due to Eddie. He was professional through the entire process and helpful as well.
