We had already shopped around at 5+ dealerships and were dismayed by all the non-negotiable extra fees and services added to the price of the cars. When we came in to the dealership to do the actual sale, the entire process went smoothly and without any surprises. No extra fees or charges and no pressure to purchase additional services. The price we paid was exactly what we had discussed with Eddie. The dealership is clean and very nice with a nice waiting room for the Service area. Considering all the cars I purchased throughout my life, this was probably the easiest purchase I have ever made. I will definitely recommend the dealership AND Eddie to anyone who will listen. More
