The service department is the best I have seen. Like a well oiled assembly line. I was looking all over Illinois and Missouri for a “Red” Ridgeline. I’ve been driving a few different ones, and even had talked to our local Honda dealer about buying one. I had no idea where Valley Honda was located, but I requested a quote on a new 2025 Red Ridgeline BE , just to be inquisitive. This is when I was first contacted by Eddie Sanchez. I had plenty of questions for him. We made correspondence through Email, and eventually just by texting each other. I was blown away that I could get a Red one, but even more by the offer that was sent to me through Email. No pressure at all, and Eddie advised us through the whole process. This is our first time ever to purchase a vehicle online, but now, it will not be our last. I really want to thank Eddie and Valley Honda for helping us through this journey, and making it painless.
