The service department was attentive and polite The received my vehicle and then my oil change and tire rotation was finished quickly. The only thing I was disappointed with was that my carpet was not received my vehicle and then my oil change and tire rotation was finished quickly. The only thing I was disappointed with was that my carpet was not vacuumed. I remember years ago when I complained about this small minute detail, but how important it was to complete the entire experience at the service center. I hope this small but important detail will resume back again on my next visit . Also the service dept wanted to change my outside air filter and inside cabin filter. I agreed to change the outside air filter because I had taken a few trips to Daytona and St. Augustine. What I was confused about was the inside cabin filter. If I remember correctly this filter is changed at approximately 40000 or 50000 miles NOT 15000 miles .Why would Nissan now recommend changing the inside cabin filter at 15000 miles. That's absurd and just taking advantage of the client. More
