One of the things I enjoy about using the dealership is having a consistent party working on your car. I requested for my regular advisor and this time, they handed me off to a new guy and it was a bit of having a consistent party working on your car. I requested for my regular advisor and this time, they handed me off to a new guy and it was a bit of a hassle explaining what I want again. Can be frustrating when my previous advisor, knows what I want. Asked for a service and the new advisor didn't complete the service, just because he said I didn't need it, even though I specifically asked for it! And to top it all off, it seems the prices have increased. Last experience, wasn't a good one and I've been going here for service for 6 yrs. Might be time to find a Nissan service dealership. More
