Wish every car buying experience was like this one! Eddy from Walter's made our first Benz experience absolutely wonderful! He went above and beyond from A-Z and really made sure we were happy customers Eddy from Walter's made our first Benz experience absolutely wonderful! He went above and beyond from A-Z and really made sure we were happy customers. I shopped around from Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, South Bay, to Fletcher Jones Newport Beach and none could beat what Eddy offered! Cherry on top? He spent the time to record a short 5 minute personalized video recording the exterior, interior, and technology in the car which really helped us to get a true feel of the car before having to step foot into the dealership. A+ service through and through! More

Wasn't planning on another Mercedes, but We went to Walter's with the intent of just finding out our end of lease terms on our 2015 CLA 250. Spoke with Eddy Elsayed, who was our salesperson We went to Walter's with the intent of just finding out our end of lease terms on our 2015 CLA 250. Spoke with Eddy Elsayed, who was our salesperson on our CLA, and discussed with him the condition of our vehicle (excellent!), and what other vehicles we were considering. Eddy crunched some numbers and then went to work on getting us into a GLC 300 4Matic. Amazing car. Eddy worked his magic and we left with a car far better than we had imagined. Nice working with someone as great as Eddy. More
